Laura Russell, 41, of 84 Ledyard Ave. was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license, evading, failure to register a motor vehicle eligible for commercial registration and failure to maintain minimum insurance.

Javon Rivera, 34, of 563 Boston Post Road, Apt. 2, Waterford, was charged Tuesday with criminal violation of a protective order and criminal violation of a restraining order.

Jason R. Adgalanis, 24, of 195 Goshen Hill Road, Lebanon, was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Tad M. Bennett, 49, of 173 Route 12 was charged Sunday with 11 counts of third-degree burglary from a motor vehicle and six counts of sixth-degree larceny from a motor vehicle.

Douglas P. Bennett, 64, of 66 Riverview Ave. was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane and driving an unregistered motor vehicle.

Julie A. Stiber, 54, of 71 Johl Drive was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and making an improper turn.

Peter K. Stafford, 76, of 209 G St. was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening and violation of a protective order.

William S. Reed Jr., 22, of 730 State Pier Road was charged Monday with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer.

Annarae Costas, 39, of Crystal Avenue was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jose Hernandez-Rosa, 25, of 196 Ocean Ave., Apt. 4, was charged Monday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Isam Bryant, 26, of no certain address was charged Monday with six counts of second-degree failure to appear in court and two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court.

Matthew White, 26, of 16 Sycamore Road, Norwich, was charged Sunday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Hector L. Pagan, 28, of Corrigan-Radgowski Correctional Center, Uncasville, was charged Tuesday with seven counts of third-degree burglary, five counts of third-degree larceny, two counts each of third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree larceny and one count each of second-degree criminal mischief, fifth-degree larceny and fourth-degree larceny.

Erin E. Mcmanus, 27, of 14 Victoria Lane, Old Lyme, was charged Tuesday in East Lyme with sixth-degree larceny, credit card theft, illegal use of a credit card and third-degree identity theft.

Keara Jenkins, 23, of 49 Meadow St., Apt. 21, Norwalk, was charged Monday in East Lyme with assault on public safety or emergency medical personnel.

Cheryl A. Janus, 54, of 96 Rimek Road, Lisbon, was charged Monday in Lisbon with fifth-degree larceny.

Joshua D. Reese, 35, of 54 Liberty St., Apt. 1, Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with criminal violation of a protective order and third-degree assault.

Victoria J. L'Homme, 46, of 7 Carriage Drive was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.
