2-car crash closes lane of I-95 in Old Lyme

Old Lyme — A two-vehicle crash has closed the left lane of Interstate 95 north between exits 70 and 71, according to the state Department of Transportation.

The crash occurred about 10 a.m.

The DOT's travel website shows construction work is happening just a couple miles beyond the crash. That work is slated to last until 3 p.m. and has closed the right lane.
