State police — Colchester

Courtney Perkins, 21, of 14 South Beechwood Road, Niantic, was charged Monday in Colchester with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Joseph Leblanc, 51, of 350 Route 354, Salem, was charged on April 26 in Colchester with second-degree failure to appear in court.
