Michael G. Damato, 38, of 81 E. Pattagansett Road, No. 60, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, use of paraphernalia and possession of narcotics.

David A. Signs, 35, of 200 G. St. was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license.
