Steven G. Muscarella, 25, of 43 Firethorn Ave. was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace.

Merrlynn C. James, 40, of 16 Arrowood Drive was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

New London

Brett Bassett, 30, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Saturday with possession of a controlled substance and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lori Kelleher, 48, of 149 Garfield St., Apt. 3, was charged Saturday with violation of a protective order, interfering with a police officer and disorderly conduct.

Aaron Hacker, 26, of 25 Tilley St., Apt. 5, was charged Saturday with violation of probation and second-degree criminal mischief.

Shavar Jones, 31, no known address, was charged Sunday with possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics with intent to sell.

Jamar Smith, 38, of 44 William St. was charged Sunday with violation of probation and disorderly conduct.

Raul Santos, 46, of 119 Lincoln Ave., Apt. 4, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Randell Henry, 26, of 1742 Route 12, Gales Ferry, was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

Stonington

Cullen S. Faulise, 23, of 5 Mystic Ave., Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with carrying a dangerous weapon.

Evangeline C. Earle, 63, of 288 Hazelnut Road, Groton, was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Dylan M. McGuire, 23, of Ashway, R.I., was charged Thursday with breach of peace.

Joseph M. Jolicouer, 30, of Wilbraham, Mass., was charged Saturday with second-degee assault and breach of peace.

Kenneth M. Wilcox, 78, of 48 Fellows St., Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with third-degree larceny.

Klay M. Brayman, 22, of 5 William St., Pawcatuck, was charged Saturday with being a fugitive from justice.

Waterford

Melissa Williamson, 33, of 22 Country Club Road, Groton, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and driving without minimum insurance.

David Schoendorf, 42, of Branford, was charged Thursday with fourth-degree larceny.

Arthea Thornton, 50, of 33 Linden Ave., New London, was charged Thursday with fifth-degree larceny.

Thomas Scherp, 55, of Sterling, was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia and misuse of plates.

Lori Milardo, 36, of 2 Friar Tuck Drive, Ledyard, was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of probation and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jacob Benavidez, 21, of 11 Blumenthal Drive, Uncasville, was charged Saturday with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana, interfering with a police officer and unreasonable speed. 

Brendan Lipurato, 18, of 81 East Pattagansett Road, Niantic, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to drive in the proper lane.
