Felicia Lessing, 21, of 68 Branford Ave. was charged Tuesday with breach of peace, risk of injury to a minor and carrying and sale of dangerous weapons.

Taslimah A. Johnson, 19, of 10 Cedar Grove Ave., New London, was charged Tuesday with second-degree breach of peace.

David W. Reid, 50, of 300 Groton Long Point Road was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and traveling unreasonably fast.

Nathaniel E. Gadavee, 27, of 15 Paint Mill Drive, Ledyard, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.

Amarallis Fernandez, 24, of 36 Mountain Ave. was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and breach of peace.

Justine Candler, 20, of 221 Mopsic St. was charged Wednesday with possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Matthew Peeples, 21, of 6 Woodlawn Terrace was charged Wednesday with possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Waterford

Sade Flanders, 21, of 13 Hoborn St., New London, was charged Monday with driving with registration or a license that was refused, suspended or revoked and for insurance coverage that failed the minimum requirements.
