    Diana M. Clark-Hall, 44, of 1882 Center Groton Road was charged Friday with speeding, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Xavier Maddox, 21, of 40 Montauk Ave., Apt. 1, was charged Tuesday with third-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Natacha Cabrera, 35, of 93 State Pier Road, Building E, Apt. 2, was charged Wednesday with risk of injury to a minor, second-degree assault and second-degree reckless endangerment.

    Jose Ortiz, 38, of no certain address was charged Wednesday with two counts of failure to respond to an infraction, first-degree criminal trespass and interfering with an officer.

    Danielle Betancourt-Simons, 30, of 355 Boston Post Road, Waterford, was charged Thursday with two counts of violation of probation.

    Sedrick Friesow, 32, of 23 Franklin St. was charged Thursday with possession of a hallucinogen.

    Victor Hall, 23, of 172 Colman St. was charged Thursday with engaging officers in a pursuit, reckless driving, driving without a license and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

    Norwich

    Anthony Hamlin, 22, of 11 Boswell Ave. was charged Thursday with second-degree unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct.

    Demarkus Thompson, 26, of Corrigan-Radgowski Correctional Center was charged Friday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    State police — Montville

    Laura Tompkins, 59, of 509 Norwich-New London Turnpike, Apt. 4, Uncasville, was charged Sept. 2 in Montville with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and failure to have lights lit.

    Nathaniel Johnson, 35, of 57 Division St., Apt. 2, Norwich, was charged in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Joseph Atrio, 39, of 472 Old Colchester Road, Uncasville, was charged Thursday in Montville with second-degree strangulation, threatening, third-degree assault, violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

    Jeremiah Crowley, 21, of 16 Broadview Ave., Uncasville, was charged Thursday in Montville with criminal impersonation, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree harassment and obscenity.

    Crystal Mackin, 34, of 164 Packer Road, Canterbury, was charged Thursday in Griswold with third-degree criminal mischief, violation of a protective order, failure to drive in proper lane and operation of motor vehicle when license is suspended, revoked or refused and criminal violation of a civil protective order.

    Beth Manwaring, 49, of 45 Old Black Point Road, Niantic, was charged Thursday with fifth-degree larceny.

    Nicholas Angelo, 23, of 40 Franklin St., New London, was charged Thursday with possession of a hallucinogen or at least 4 ounces of marijuana.

    Kevin Mayeda, 24, of 33 Vivian St. was charged Thursday with possession of a hallucinogen or at least 4 ounces of marijuana.

    Yondy Jimenez, 25, of the Bronx, N.Y., was charged Wednesday with possession of narcotics.

    Allison Penrose, 26, of 20 Mayflower Court, Groton, was charged Wednesday with driving with a suspended license.

    Baldwin Acevedo-Albuquerque, 27, of the Bronx, N.Y., was charged Wednesday with illegal use of a credit card, identity theft, criminal impersonation and conspiracy to commit a crime.

    Julio Peguero-Pereyra, 32, of the Bronx, N.Y., was charged Wednesday with illegal use of a credit card, identity theft, criminal impersonation, third-degree forgery and conspiracy to commit a crime.
