    Norwich

    Heather Basch, 37, of 41 South A. St. was charged Saturday with risk of injury to a minor and second-degree breach of peace.

    Anthony Nunez, 41, of 60 Weston Ave. was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license and failure to have rear license plate lit.

    Cynthia E. Corporan, 24, of 73 Oneco Ave., New London, was charged Monday with failure to obey a traffic signal, failure to obey a stop sign and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Sierra E. Bresnan, 22, of 74 Merchants Ave, Apt. CC, was charged Friday with cruelty to animals and failure to license a dog.

    State Police — Montville

    Timothy McDonald, 33, of 169 Strawberry St., Lisbon, was charged Sept. 11 in Griswold with breach of peace, threatening and second-degree reckless endangerment.

    Daniel Thornley, 44, of Central Village, was charged Saturday in Griswold with risk of injury to a child, unarmed home invasion/burglary, interfering with an emergency call, violation of a protective order, third-degree assault, and second-degree strangulation.

    Michael PJ Cavasino, 36, of 978 Ekonk Hill Road, Voluntown, was charged Saturday in Montville with second-degree criminal mischief.

    Jamie N. Bessette, 33, of Hanover, was charged Saturday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving without a license.

    Christine E. Fadden, 29, of 22 Canterbury Road, Plainfield, was charged Saturday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    John D. Welch, 54, of 51B Mountain Ave., New London, was charged Saturday in Lisbon with conspiracy to commit violation of probation.

    Nicholas Derico, 33, of 192 Maple Ave., Uncasville, was charged Saturday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Rene L. Martel, 41, in custody of Corrigan-Radgowski Correctional Center, was charged Friday in Montville with being a fugitive from justice.

    Frederick S. Grant, 23, of 264 Washington St., Apt. 1, Norwich, was charged Friday in Norwich with first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Isaac L. Goodwater, 29, of 40 Willets Ave., New London, was charged Saturday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Joseph F. Asarisi, 37, of 415 North Burnham Highway, Lisbon, was charged Sept. 17 in Lisbon with disorderly conduct and threatening.

    Scott Zimmermann, 36, of 2 Amber Circle, Gales Ferry, was charged Sept. 17 in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of markers, failure to carry minimum insurance, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, illegal possession of a narcotic, and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence. 

    Jennifer Cowles, 47, of 587 Route 82, Oakdale, was charged Sept. 15 in Montville with disorderly conduct and threatening.

    Shannon Robbins, 43, of Lower Blissville Road, Lisbon, was charged Sept. 15 in Lisbon with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Stonington

    Jacob B. Mitchell, 18, of 11 Winthrop Ave., Apt. 1, Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with third-degree assault, breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Waterford

    Jacqueline Rodrigues, 22, of 106 McKinley Ave., Norwich, was charged Saturday with third-degree assault.
