Nicholas White, 21, of Hope Valley, R.I., was charged Sunday in Norwich with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Myrna Ines Franceschi, 37, of 19 Penobscot St., Norwich, was charged Saturday in Montville with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to have tail lamps illuminated, and possession of a controlled substance or more than a half-ounce of marijuana.

Courtney O. Edgehill, 37, of New Haven, was charged Saturday in Montville with reckless driving and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Dominique Noelle Ortiz, 22, no address listed, was charged Saturday in North Stonington with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jason Malinowski, 29, of 24 Valley Drive, Voluntown, was charged Oct. 9 in Griswold with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Ronald Speed, 51, of 183 North St., Windham, was charged Oct. 10 in Voluntown with improper use of markers, license or registration, failure to carry minimum insurance, driving without a license and first-degree criminal mischief.
