Darmon David Williams, 37, of 471 Cornwall St., Hartford, was charged Friday with failure to respond to infraction.

Raymond Noyce, 71, of 25 Bingham Road, Canterbury, was charged Thursday with operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.

Michael R. Austin, 35, of 127 Bishop Road, Bozrah, was charged Wednesday with illegally operating a motor vehicle without an ignition interlock device, failure to drive on the right side and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christopher Hasbrouck, 43, of 68 Bushnell Road, Lisbon, was charged Friday with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.

Brittany Cook, 29, of 10 Woodland Drive was charged Friday with breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Hasan Ellis, 31, of 155 Waterford Parkway North was charged Friday with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.
