Update: Missing teen found in Groton

Groton — Alicha Ruiz, a 15-year-old who was reported missing from Groton, was found at a friend's house in Groton on Friday morning, according to city police.

Police had issued a silver alert for Ruiz early Thursday morning and said she last had been seen Wednesday. She was described as an endangered runaway.
