Westerly resident arrested in New London on narcotics charges

New London — Officers on a quality-of-life patrol arrested a Westerly man Tuesday on narcotics charges.
Justin Algiere, 21, of Westerly was charged with possession of narcotics and possession of narcotics with intent to sell.
Algiere was found in the parking lot of the New London Shopping Center at 328 South Frontage Road with 49 Percocet pills, according to police.
