Groton City

Albert Dugas, 34, of Woonsocket, R.I., was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway and disregarding no-passing markings. 

Brandon R. Eaton, 25, of 404 Bridge St., Apt. 341, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

Darien R. Lucier, 23, of 404 Bridge St., Apt. 341, was charged Friday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Groton Town

Kristine L. Oullette, 51, of 873 Colonel Ledyard Highway was charged Thursday with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court.

Norwich

Chad Graham, 23, of 13 Adams Drive was charged Thursday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Lisa M. Erb, 35, of 123 Old Norwich Road, Apt. C, Quaker Hill, was charged Friday with failure to drive right and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Brendan Robinson, 25, of Coventry, R.I., was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway.

Waterford

Daniel Lynch, 50, of 262 Rte. 163, Montville, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, child endangerment, risk of injury to a child, and second-degree failure to appear in court.

Candice Pacheco, 40, of Westerly was charged Thursday with fourth-degree larceny.
