    Groton City

    William Hayes, 27, of 108 Hawthorne Drive, No. 6F, New London, was charged Wednesday with driving under suspension and traveling too fast.

    Gregg Chamberlin, 35, of 16 Myrock Ave., Waterford, was charged Wednesday with driving under suspension and traveling too fast.

    Luis D. Quintero-Jimenez, 38, of 95 Mather Ave. was charged Friday with breach of peace, carrying and sale of dangerous weapons, and threatening.

    Groton Town 

    Christian W. Green, 38, of 480 Pleasant Valley Road South was charged Wednesday with violating a protective order, third-degree assault, second-degree threatening, disorderly conduct, unlawful restraint, interfering with an officer, second-degree criminal mischief and risk of injury to a minor.

    Sherri L. Wright, 45, of Brooklyn was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, improper use of license plate/marker, failure to have minimum insurance, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, possession of less than a half-ounce of marijuana, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Michael A. Perry, 53, of Prest St., New London, was charged Wednesday with possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Lester Fantauzzi, 52, of 11 King Arthur Drive, Niantic, was charged Thursday with second-degree strangulation, second-degree unlawful restraint, disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call.

    Tyler Allen, 33, of 544 Taugwonk Road, Stonington, was charged Friday with violating a restraining order.

    T. Cevon Riley, 19, of 83 Blackhall St., New London, was charged Thursday with violation of probation, interfering with police and possession of marijuana with intent to sell.

    Norwich

    Rhonda Sutherland, 51, of 258 Prospect St. was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics.
