Westbrook Man, 20, Struck And Killed Walking On I-95
WESTBROOK — Connecticut State Police said a 20-year-old local man was struck and killed on I-95 early Sunday morning.
Police said Matthew Dorio of 15 Old Kelsey Point Road was walking on the shoulder of I-95 North between exits 65 and 66 when a Ford Enterprise traveling in the right lane struck him, causing fatal injuries.
The driver, Kenneth Call, 47, of Mansfield, Mass., was not injured and has not been charged in connection with the incident.
State police are investigating the incident, and anyone with information is asked to contact Troop F at 860-399-2100.
