Westerly - Beachgoers examined large rocks placed along the shore of East Beach in Watch Hill, R.I., behind a home owned by Taylor Swift Tuesday afternoon. The construction makes it difficult to walk the shoreline behind Swift's home.
Brendan Heath, a surfer who says he has been coming to the beach for years, drove from his home in Deep River to photograph the construction in an area where he's accustomed to surfing.
