    Groton City

    Jonathan Caban, 37, of 6 Branford Ave. was charged Monday with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

    Jaylean Berrios, 28, of 290 Branford Ave. was charged Friday with criminal violation of a protective order.

    Groton Town

    Tristen R. Gaulin, 22, of Rochester, N.H., was charged Thursday with failure to drive in proper lane, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving without a registration certificate/insurance card and driving while using a hand-held telephone/mobile electronic device.

    Muhammed J. Abdur-Razzak, 18, of Pawtucket, R.I., was charged Saturday with driving as a minor having an elevated blood alcohol content and failure to drive in proper lane.

    Joshua Hall, 27, of 21 Ravenwood Drive, North Stonington, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and improper use of high beams.

    Elizabeth Smith, 55, of 3 Lakeside Drive, Ledyard, was charged Friday with driving too slowly and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Devon L. Morris, 28, of 2 Miami Court was charged Friday with breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Kevin S. Kumbatovich, 40, of 18 August Meadow, Ledyard, was charged Wednesday with failure to drive a reasonable distance apart, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, two counts of possession of a controlled substance or more than a half ounce of cannabis, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Elizabeth A. Kendell, 35, of Farmville, N.Y., was charged Wednesday with two counts of possession of a controlled substance or more than a half ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Robert H. Burnside, 26, of 116 Miller Road, North Stonington, was charged Wednesday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Anita A. Longo, 34, of 32 Prospect St., Norwich, was charged Monday with violation of probation.

    Edith Maldanado-Day, 66, of Ocala, Fla., was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Thomas J. Gour, 39, of Westfield, Mass., was charged Sunday with reckless driving.

    Angelo Ramos, 30, of no known address, was charged Saturday with third-degree burglary from a motor vehicle and failure to respond to an infraction.

    Yolanda Clark, 46, of 287 Main St., 3B, was charged Saturday with third-degree burglary from a motor vehicle and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Caroline Quinones-Gonzalez, 40, of no certain address, was charged Saturday with breach of peace, third-degree robbery, sixth-degree larceny and possession of a controlled substance.

    Gilberto Valencia, 30, of 180 Central Ave., A2, was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court, driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a traffic control signal.

    Salah S. Sudi, 25, of Dorchester, Mass., was charged Monday in Griswold with evading responsibility, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in proper lane and following too closely.

    William Charette 21, of 47 Hilltop Road, Mystic, was charged Saturday in Voluntown with carrying a pistol without a permit, breach of peace, theft of a firearm, first-degree threatening and first-degree reckless endangerment.
