New recycling system good for Waterford
Over the years I've been pretty vocal about my desires for Waterford to adopt a single-stream recycling program.
In the past year I've been very happy to witness its implementation and now that the bins have arrived I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge Waterford First Selectman Dan Steward for putting up with me and whoever else helped facilitate this happening.
This is a much appreciated development.
