Now, this is a clever way to encourage people to become Dream Card holders. Foxwoods is offering a summer series of free concerts ... but only to Dream Card members.

Things kick off for what they're calling Free Tunes Tuesdays with Gloria Gaynor and Sister Sledge this Tuesday. Performers later on this summer include Blue Oyster Cult and Foghat, Court Yard Hounds (Martie Maguire and Emily Robison from the Dixie Chicks), and Salt-N-Pepa.

A Dream Card, for the uninitiated, is a players reward card that applies to both Foxwoods Resort Casino and MGM Grand at Foxwoods. The card keeps track of how often the owner plays at the casinos and, in turn, gives them points they can redeem for merchandise. Folks can sign up for Dream Card membership on site or via foxwoods.com.
