Mitchell College to host, broadcast motivational speaker

Al Duncan, a motivational speaker for at-risk youth, will be the featured speaker in a broadcast event sponsored by Mitchell College's chapter of The National Society of Leadership and Success on Tuesday, Oct. 25, at 7 p.m. The program, produced live in Mitchell College's Weller Center, will be broadcast to more than 240 college campuses.

Duncan's presentation, "Rise N' Thrive: From Great Potential to Exceptional Performance," will teach methods to manage stress, pressure and extra responsibilities; discover the skills to lead and grow; and develop your leadership brand

The event is free and open to the public. Students and members of the campus community will have preferred seating in the College's Weller Center. Guests are asked to arrive by 6:30 p.m. and find seating, as the live broadcast will begin promptly at 7 p.m.
