Sharks are out, but Brewer's Cow presses on
They jumped into the tank with both feet, but in the end the panel of ABC’s “Shark Tank” declined to fund the Brewer’s Cow Beer-Infused Premium Ice Cream company, based in Higganum and born in Old Lyme.
On Friday night’s episode, the panel took issue with the team’s presentation of its financial information, and Shark Mark Cuban didn’t foresee a quick enough return on investment because of the product’s relatively low price point. He suggested the team license its brand to the larger ice cream companies.
The Brewer's Cow team of Larry Blackwell Jr., Jason Conroy and Steve Albert has pledged to prove the Sharks wrong and continue to develop their product and business.
