New London poses for 'Big Picture'

Vincent Scarano, with cheese, climbs a ladder Thursday to photograph the masses of New London residents, workers and students from Jennings School and the Regional Multicultural Magnet School gathered on Parade Plaza for a group photo session hosted by New London Main Street and sponsored by Connecticut College. The musical group “Asphalt Orchestra,” which is performing Friday night at Connecticut College, played during the photo session.
