Monique T. Allen, 49, of 18 Mather Ave., was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

Jason A. Wise, 31, of 165 Laurel Drive, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

Christopher E. Wilson, 28, of 132 Mumford Ave. was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

Richard Finnegan, 42, of 83 Bloomingdale Road, Waterford, was charged Saturday with sixth-degree larceny, interfering with a police officer and disobeying an officer's signal.
