Sierra Young, 6, of Salem, visits with Iva Thomas, dressed as Mrs. Santa, at the 67th Annual Jack Frost Bazaar at Niantic Community Church on Saturday. Thomas, an East Lyme resident and member of the congregation, has been playing the role for more than 50 years. Children and adults who visited Thomas, who will be 90 years old on Dec. 2, got hugs, stuffed animals, card games, coloring books and Christmas treats.
