Police seek man who allegedly grabbed jogger in Mohegan Park

Norwich – A 17-year-old girl told police Friday she was grabbed while jogging in Mohegan Park by a man wearing a black trench coat and a white mask.

The victim told police that when she escaped, the man exposed himself to her.

Police said the incident occurred at about 2:30 p.m. Friday. Police described the suspect as a white male, 20 to 30 years old, 5 feet, 8 inches tall with a thin build, and wearing a black full length trench coat and a dark colored knit hat.

Norwich Police ask anyone with information regarding this incident or any criminal activity in Norwich, to call the Norwich Police Department at (860) 886-5561, or the anonymous tip line at (860) 886-5561, Ext. 500.
