Jason Duprey, 24, of Lisbon was charged Wednesday in Lisbon with disorderly conduct, interfering with a 911 call, two counts of third-degree assault, threatening, third-degree strangulation and first-degree unlawful restraint.

Mark Klauer, 49, of Lisbon was charged Wednesday in Lisbon with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

David Small, 40, of Lisbon was charged Wednesday in Lisbon with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, interfering with an officer, second-degree strangulation and second-degree failure to appear in court.
