Tracey J. Lyle, 44, of 3 Manor St., Pawcatuck, was charged Wednesday with making a restricted turn, failure to drive in the proper lane, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license.

Wayne C. Badger, 30, of Windham was charged Wednesday with fourth-degree larceny.

John Pierce, 22, of 1 Crystal Lake Road was charged Feb. 14 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christopher R. Hutchinson, 22, of 1 Crystal Lake Road was charged Feb. 14 with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Ramon L. Pabon, 58, of 46 Linden Ave. was charged Wednesday with failure to obey a traffic control signal, failure to use a turn signal and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Gilberto Alvarez, 26, of 46 Crystal Ave., Apt. 73, was charged Wednesday with failure to have headlights lit, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving with a suspended license and failure to carry insurance.

Ramon Gomez, 37, of 28 Konomoc St., New London, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and speeding.

William Allman, 22, of 280 Gardner Ave., New London, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, making an improper turn, failure to carry proper insurance and speeding.
