Lisa Lozada, 38, of 19 Jay St., New London, was charged Sunday with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, two counts sixth-degree larceny and interfering with police.

Erwin A. Periolan, 39, of 40 Plymouth Ave. South was charged Saturday with risk of injury to a minor, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Terron R. Smith, 20, of 7A Boswell Ave., Norwich, was charged Monday with using a motor vehicle without the owner's permission.

Lucas Baker, 49, of 120 Norwood Ave. was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

Lacarie Murrell, 24, of Hyannis, Mass., was charged Saturday with fifth-degree larceny.

Scott Fearn, 45, of Wilbraham, Mass., was charged Saturday with third-degree assault.
