Peter S. Christie, 35, of 534 Colonel Ledyard Highway was charged Thursday with second-degree threatening and second-degree harassment.
Jason Jarmon, 31, of 24 Summer St., Norwich, was charged Thursday with interfering with an officer.

Mariah L. Smith, 24, of 800 Long Cover Road, Unit 2, was charged Thursday in Montville with third-degree assault, third-degree burglary, fourth-degree criminal mischief and risk of injury to a child.
