    Groton City

    William Dehesa, 51, of 560 Shennecossett Road, Apt. D, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a suspended license, violation of emissions standards and failure to register a motor vehicle eligible for commercial registration.

    David W. Boguzes, 31, of 150 Poquonnock Road, Apt. 3, was charged Saturday with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Groton Town

    Zachary Leejames Ryan, 24, of 55 South Road 1A, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Ray Smith, 21, of Longmeadow, Mass., was charged Sunday with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal mischief and breach of peace.

    New London

    Omar Maisonet, 24, of 65 Kenwood Park, Mass., was charged Sunday with cruelty to animals and violation of city ordinance prohibiting dogs on the beach.

    Tyrone Santiago, 29, of 127 Hempstead St., No. 508, was charged Monday with driving with a suspended license and failure to use a signal.

    Norwich

    John Jackson, 40, of 83 Broadway, was charged Sunday with first-degree criminal trespass.

    Melissa Chalatu, 33, of 34 Broadway, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Thomas Rodgers, 22, of 93 Wawecus Hill Road, was charged Sunday with second-degree breach of peace and driving with a suspended license

    State Police - Montville

    Kelly Shea, 43, of 26 Monroe St., Norwich, was charged Monday in Montville with failure to drive a reasonable distance apart, failure to have minimum insurance and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Stonington

    Justin N. Lanoie, 43, of 58 Stewart Road, Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with threatening.

    Nathan Main, 39, of Southington, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, evading responsibility and failure to drive right.

    Brendan P. Huard, 25, of 182 River Road, Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with reckless driving and speeding.

    Waterford

    Michael Skulczyk, 46, of 6 Ricky Lane, Oakdale, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and using a cellphone while driving.
