Getting chilly at Norwich Ice Rink

Dan Resendes of USA Mechanical LTD uses a rotary grinder to smooth the edges of a metal pipe Friday as he and a crew prepare to connect the cooling system at the Norwich Ice Rink to a new temporary chiller that arrived Friday. The rink has been plagued by failures of the cooling system for several months. Plans are for the rink to re-open Sept. 1.
