Eric Malcolm Croft, 31, of 158 Ring Drive was charged Thursday with violation of probation.

New London

Lavonne Gardiner, 63, of 47 Mountain Ave. was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered or uninsured motor vehicle and failure to have a license plate light.

Yanil Orona-Baez, 20, of 60 Mountain Ave. was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a stop sign.

Norwich

Charles Bourgeois, 23, of 574 Goshen Hill Road, Lebanon, was charged Thursday with driving with a suspended license and failure to wear a seat belt.

Royshawn Allgood, 24, of 450 Norwich Ave., Taftville, was charged Thursday with possession of narcotics.

Justin M. Bialowas, 24, of 239 Nautilus St., Apt. 9-104, New London, was charged Thursday in Montville with driving with a suspended license.

Robert L. Randall, 25, of 54 Highland Ave., Westerly, was charged Thursday in Groton with reckless driving, improper passing, failing to drive in the proper lane, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
