    Groton Town

    Kristine R. Gonet, 29, of 373 Sea St., Quincy, Mass., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane on a multiple-lane highway and failure to signal or grant the right of way.

    Nilton C. Bolanos, 39, of 866 North Road was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Eudocio J. Cruz, 31, of 129 Ashcraft Road, New London, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended or revoked license and failure to have minimum insurance.

    Joel C. Slater, 20, of 465 Toll Gate Road was charged Friday with possession of marijuana, possession of marijuana within 1,500 feet of a school, illegal sale of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia in a drug factory and interfering with an officer.

    New London

    Juan L. Rodriguez, 20, of 208 Montauk Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault.

    Paul W. Jennings, 34, of 30 Kamaha St., Groton, was charged Saturday with carrying a dangerous weapon, tampering with evidence and disorderly conduct.

    Joely Dejesus, 24, of 192 Shaw St., Apt. 1, was charged Friday with breach of peace.

    Sheila Reyes, 23, of 837 Bank St., Apt. 2, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Matthew Brandes, 37, of 27 Jay St., basement, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Jose A. Rodriguez, of 62 Jay St., Apt. 8, was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace.

    Norwich

    Frank A. Drury, 23, of 1500 Route 12, Gales Ferry, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, failure to wear a seat belt and failure to carry an insurance card.

    Montville

    Jeannette M. Bethune, 30, of 11 Baseview Court, Uncasville, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Waterford

    Eric Morabito, 31, of 45 Long Pond Road South, Ledyard, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to wear a seat belt.
