Seneca Larson, 35, of 128 Poquonnock Road was charged Thursday with four counts of second-degree failure to appear and first-degree failure to appear.

David Abdull Rivera, 22, of 73 Oneco Ave., No. 22, was charged Friday with third-degree criminal mischief.

Victor Rivera, 24, of 33 Tilley St., No. 6, was charged Friday with sixth-degree larceny and second-degree breach of peace.

Rongmie Chen, 43, of Westbrook was charged Friday with second-degree breach of peace and first-degree criminal mischief.

Jay B. Patel, 25, of 92 Litton Ave., Groton, was charged Thursday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Levi M. Rivera, 27, of Beacon, N.Y., was charged Thursday with failure to respond to an infraction.

Lamar Fluker, 35, of 19 Jay St. was charged Thursday with second-degree breach of peace.
