Boy Scout Troop 72 participates in court of honor

Scout Troop 72 participated in a recent Court of Honor. The youth members of the troop were recognized for completing various merit badges and rank advancement while attending summer camp at June Norcross Webster Scout Reservation. The scouts earned 21 merit badges and seven scouts were advanced in rank. Rank advancements included Sean Reading to Tenderfoot, Jared Evens to First Class, Mitchell Bouchard to Star Scout, Timothy Mason to Life Scout and Adam Soulor, Eagle Bronze Palm.

Also recognized for completing their Eagle Scout Boards of Review were Vincent Chasse and Theodore Ball. Eagle Scout is scouting’s highest rank and as such individual courts of honor will be held in the near future to formally award the Eagle Rank. The youth leadership did a wonderful job hosting its leaders and family members.
