Kevin L. Daniel, 40, of 19 Hawthorne Drive, Apt. 124, New London, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of less than half an ounce of marijuana, failure to drive right, failure to carry proper insurance and failure to register a vehicle eligible for commercial registration.
