David Small, 42, of Lisbon was charged Wednesday in Lisbon with first-degree criminal trespass and sixth-degree larceny.

Michelle A. Rowe, 43, of 98 W. Broad St., Apt. 32, Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Waterford

Shelby Chiangi, 20, of 49 Union St., Norwich, was charged Friday with four counts of conspiracy to commit a crime, two counts of third-degree identity theft, two counts of second-degree forgery, two counts of credit card theft and two counts of illegal use of a credit card.
