New London

Shane Scarrett, 28, of 50 Shore Drive, Old Lyme, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of narcotics.

Heaven Bodden, 18, of 187 Huntington St., No. D3, was charged Wednesday with second-degree breach of peace.

Charles T. Squires, 54, of 233 Crystal Ave., Apt. 2, was charged Wednesday with criminal attempt to commit second-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.

Thomas Beaudoin, 67, of 2224 Glasgo Road, Griswold, was charged Tuesday with second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace.


Thomas Birkbeck, 28, of 90 Gay Hill Road, Uncasville, was charged Tuesday with driving with a suspended license and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

State police - Montville

Gerard Lanoue, 44, of 4 Mull Berry Drive, Gales Ferry, was charged Tuesday in Gales Ferry with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

Aaron Lucas, 31, of Versailles was charged Tuesday with risk of injury to a minor, second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.


Franklin Wells, 48, of New Haven was charged Tuesday with fifth-degree larceny.
