NL's doomsday clock?

Tick-tock the New London bankruptcy clock keeps moving forward with each new edition of The Day - "New London running out of cash," (March 27)! It's only a matter of time before the front page headline reads as I predict, "The City of New London goes broke and is now BANKRUPT."
