    Groton Town

    Russell J. Dykema, 52, of 35 Inchcliffe, Gales Ferry, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Paul J. Politowicz Jr., 43, of 14 Harvard Terrace E, Gales Ferry, was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to keep a reasonable distance.

    Devon L. Morris, 22, of 2 Miami Court was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

    Darchand Anderson, 24, of 41 Blackhall St., unit 1, New London, was charged Friday with three counts of credit card theft, receipt of money, goods or services by illegal use of a credit card, and sixth-degree larceny.

    Kyle T. Connors, 25, of 28 Branford Manor, unit 29, was charged with credit card theft and receipt of money, goods or services by illegal use of a credit card.

    Derek J. Meyers, 34, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Monday with criminal attempt to commit second-degree assault, carrying a dangerous weapon and interfering with an officer.

    State police - Montville

    Ariel Ternes, 21, of 146 Maple Ave., Montville, was charged Saturday in North Stonington with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Seth M. Bloom, 34, of Baltic was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

    Waterford

    Matthew Belardo, 21, of 39 Linden St., New London, was charged Saturday with second-degree failure to appear in court and sixth-degree larceny.

    Antoine Forbes, 39, of 24 A Maple Ave. Ext., Uncasville, was charged Friday with violation of probation.
