Joseph Doroshenko, 61, of 116 Route 2, No. 7, North Stonington, was charged Friday with violation of a protective order.
Francis Carrasquillo, 38, with a last known address of Corrigan-Radgowski Correctional Center, was charged Friday with two counts of sale of heroin and two counts possession of heroin.
Jonathan Graves, 24, of 23 Laurel Drive, Oakdale, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to obey a traffic signal and interfering with an officer.
Norwich
Kaila Bartha, 19, of 9 Pitcher St., Norwich, was charged Thursday with evading responsibility.
