    Anti-Redskins ruling endangers free speech

First it was diminishment of our Fourth Amendment rights under the guise of protecting the people from terrorists. Now it seems it will be our private property rights. The U.S. Patetnt Office just revoked the trademark rights from the NFL's Washington Redskins. This is an underhanded trick to punish the team, so it can't make any money from the trademarked name it all ready has. If you think this is a good idea, you have your head in the sand.

When you let this government (or any) get away with trampling the Constitution day in and day out, you have tyranny.

This is tyranny from the executive branch. The checks and balances have been washed away. The Bill of Rights and the U.S. Constitution are the best tools to prevent tyranny by the government over the people. They were written and designed to keep freedom important. If some people are offended, it's too bad. I believe the rights of the people are more important than the offended parties. The First Amendment guarantees your voice, but not an audience.
