    Groton Town

    Kevin J. Branch, 26, of 24 Norfolk St., Torrington, was charged Tuesday with third-degree burglary from a motor vehicle, third-degree criminal mischief, sixth-degree larceny from a motor vehicle, credit card theft and two counts of criminal attempt at credit card fraud.

    Michael E. Whaley, 29, of 264 Broad St., No. 3, New London, was charged Oct. 7 with driving with a suspended license, evading responsibility, possession of marijuana and failure to drive at a reasonable distance apart.

    Mashantucket Pequot Tribal Police

    Debbie Sosa, 39, of Hartford was charged Oct. 5 with second-degree breach of peace.

    Jeffrey Nunez, 32, of Hartford was charged Oct. 5 with second-degree breach of peace.

    Gary Gonzales, 52, of West Milford, N.J., was charged Sept. 29 with third-degree assault and third-degree criminal mischief.

    Timothy Shea-Our, 22, of Harwich, Mass., was charged Sept. 17 with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Richard Decristoforo, 30, of East Boston, Mass., was charged Sept. 10 with breach of peace and interfering with an officer.

    Michael C. Lima, 40, of Rehoboth, Mass., was charged Sept. 10 with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Elizabeth A. Gardiner, 54, of Westerly, was charged Sept. 3 with second-degree breach of peace.

    New London

    James Ford, 43, of 240 Crystal Ave. was charged Tuesday with second-degree failure to appear in court, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle, failure to carry minimum insurance and misuse of plates.

    Kyle Aguiar, 29, of 44 Kenyon Road, Waterford, was charged Tuesday with three counts of first-degree failure to appear in court.

    Tornando Robinson, 31, of 325 Huntington St. was charged Monday with first-degree criminal trespass.

    Anthony Hobdy, 25, of Meriden was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

    Sean Capshaw, 39, of Barkhamsted was charged Sept. 29 in Norwich with driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, failure to grant right of way and illegal possession of a firearm while under the influence.

    Brendaliz Rodriguez, 31, of 129 Cliff St., Norwich, was charged Oct. 3 on a warrant in Colchester with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Derick Lee, 35, of East Hartford was charged Oct. 4 in Salem with driving while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, third-degree criminal mischief and interfering with an officer.

    Lynn A. Thompson, 53, of Box 622, Ludlow, Mass., was charged Monday in Griswold with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and reckless driving.

    Nicole D. Erickson, 40, of 54 Church St., Mystic, was charged Monday with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Candace R. Canestrari, 28, of 110 Brookside Lane, Apt. 2, Pawcatuck, was charged Sunday with breach of peace.

    Linda A. Loughborough, 50, of Ashaway, R.I., was charged Oct. 5 with driving with a suspended license.

    Waterford

    Radames Gilot-Torres, 21, of 10 Mather Ave., Groton, was charged Sunday with evading responsibility, driving in violation of license classification and traveling unreasonably fast.

    Leah Beebe, 26, of 55 Mullen Hill Road, was charged Sunday with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and speeding.
