John Singleton, 51, of 45 Blackhall St., New London, was charged Friday with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

Mateo Montes-Muniz, 55, of 82 Maple Ave., Apt. 8, New London, was charged Friday with traveling too fast and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
