    East Lyme

    Jacob Gergler, 18, of 1 High St. was charged Saturday with criminal violation of a protective order.

    Norwich

    Anson Moody III, 32, of 30 Cherry Lane, Oakdale, was charged Friday with one count of disorderly conduct and three counts of third-degree criminal mischief.

    Jose I. Salaman, 32, of 90 North St., Apt. 5P, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

    Michael T. O’Brian, 31, of 9 Goldberg Ave. was charged Saturday with stop sign violation and driving with a suspended license.

    Jose Medina, 27, of 43 Union St., Apt. 4, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct, violation of a protective order, third-degree assault and first-degree unlawful restraint.

    Kevin Harley, 55, of 5 North A St., #3, was charged Sunday with second-degree failure to appear in court and driving with a suspended license.

    Joseph Sikorski, 56, of 18 Carpenter St. was charged Sunday with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

    Kenneth Mardel, 59, of California, was charged Monday with third-degree burglary and criminal mischief.

    State police — Montville

    Keisha S. Muniz, 29, of 48 Crystal Ave., A53, New London, was charged Monday in Montville with second-degree failure to appear in court.

    State Police - Westbrook

    Brian A. Winn, 33, of Stamford, was charged Jan. 26 in Old Lyme with speeding and second-degree larceny.

    Eileen Hanrahan, 48, of 66 Shore Road, Old Lyme, was charged Jan. 24 with risk of injury to a minor, disorderly conduct and second-degree unlawful restraint.

    Stonington

    Donald Hilligoss, 73, of 295 Heather Glen Lane, Groton, was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, possession of less than a half ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia for less than a half ounce of marijuana.
