Brian West, 42, of 37 S. Second Ave., Taftville, was charged Saturday with being a fugitive from justice.

Corinne Dutka, 56, of 234 Giants Neck Road, Niantic, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

Ledyard

Scott Edwards, 54, of Ledyard was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and third-degree strangulation.

Chantall M. Goodwater, 31, of 8 Stetson Ave., Norwich, was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, failure to drive right, failure to maintain the proper lane and failure to carry minimum insurance.

Montville police

Louis Ruggiero, 50, of 225 Massapeag Side Road, Uncasville, was charged Feb. 21 with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

State police — Montville

Matthew Kelly, 45, of Enfield, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license, evading responsibility, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Stonington

Gena McGrade, 50, of 210 Gales Ferry Road, Groton, was charged Sunday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving in violation of a license classification and failure to carry a license.

Tayler Sperry, 22, of 120 Liberty St., Pawcatuck, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.

Jeff Martinek, 50, of 115 Fair Acre Circle, Old Mystic, was charged Monday with second-degree failure to appear in court.
