East Lyme junior named Governor’s Scholar

Matthew Kung, a junior at East Lyme High School, was selected as one of 22 Governor’s Scholars by the Connecticut Association of Schools. The program recognizes academically talented juniors throughout the state, and Kung was honored at a luncheon on May 24 at the Aqua Turf in Southington.
