    Groton City

    Christina M. Diaz, 28, of 36 Raleigh Court was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license or registration and speeding.

    Jason D. Urban, 39, of 72 Cutler St. was charged Friday with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and driving with a suspended license or registration.

    Kayla N. Arder, 26, of 89 Nathan Hale Road was charged Saturday with criminal violation of a protective order, third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Groton Town

    Lauren E. Antilano, 24, of 135 Ledgewood Road, Apt. 312, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Leroy Hackett, 56, of 55 Eastern Ave., New London, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct, first-degree threatening and interfering with a police officer.

    Lee F. Stanzione, 26, of Providence, R.I., was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane.

    Jose R. Cabrera-Cerapio, 47, of 86 Oslo St. was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, making an improper turn, failure to drive in the proper lane and improper hand signaling of turns.

    Kristopher J. Tramont, 32, of 15 Lewiston Court was charged Sunday with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening.

    Francheska K. Chocano, 23, of 180 Crystal Ave., Floor 1, was charged Saturday with second-degree assault and second-degree reckless endangerment.

    Staci Trudeau, 34, of Moosup, was charged Friday with third-degree larceny.

    Jessie Ocasio, 38, of 42 Cutler St., New London, was charged Saturday with criminal impersonation, driving with a suspended motor vehicle, speeding, first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Richard A . Gladue Jr., 31, of 9 Claremont Avenue, Norwich, was charged Thursday with stalking, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Clarisa M. Negrongarcia, 26, of North Windham, was charged Friday with risk of injury to a minor and two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court.

    Alicia R. Carrion, 33, of 107 Michael Road, Apt. F, New London, was charged Friday with third-degree assault and breach of peace,.

    Kristine E. Seabrook, 31, of 117 West Broad St., Apt. A, Pawcatuck, was charged Friday with third-degree assault and breach of peace.

    Nathaniel R. Hickey, 21, of 268 Willetts Avenue, New London, was charged Friday with driving with a suspended license and failure to carry a license.

    Frederick J. Miller Jr., 59, of Hamden, was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and possession of a controlled substance.

    Kimberly Wholean, 49, of 5 Courtland St., Pawcatuck, was charged Thursday with third-degree assault and breach of peace and Saturday with violation of conditions of release.

    John T. Kuzoian, 22, of Killingly, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive a reasonable distance apart.

    Cheryl C. Christopher, 63, of 82 Pequot Avenue, Mystic, was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs and failure to drive right.

    Andrew Tomlinson, 25, of 92 Oak Wood Road, Niantic, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license and failure to obey a stop sign.

    Jennifer Pedoli, 40, of Hanover, was charged Saturday with driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered motor vehicle and misuse of plates.

    Allen Nowak, 58, of 25 Fulmore Drive was charged Saturday with breach of peace.

    Matthew Browne, 37, of 28 Fulmore Drive was charged Saturday with breach of peace.
