    Norwich police issue bulletin for missing 16-year-old girl

    Norwich police have issued a bulletin for a missing 16-year-old girl.

    Telisha Neal, was reported missing on Monday. She is described as white with brown hair, brown eyes, five feet, seven inches tall and weighing 91 pounds. Police had no clothing description for her.

    Anyone with information about her location is asked to call Norwich police at 860-886-5561.
