    Waterford — Participants in the Korean Spirit & Culture Promotion Project workshop create paper lotus flower lanterns Saturday as they learn about Korean culture at the Waterford Public Library.

    The project is a nonprofit organization that helps to educate about and promote Korean culture and its 5,000-year history.
